Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP FOR THUNDER BAY CANADA & SURROUNDING AREAS. Select the option Pick Up at checkout. An email with the pick up address and instructions will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
LOCAL DELIVERY FOR THUNDER BAY CANADA. Select Ship and then local delivery. Please note there is a delivery fee for this service. An email will be sent out once your order is ready for delivery and another once your order has been delivered.  

Turnaround time fluctuates based on order volume, current turnaround times are listed at the top of the home page (this does not include shipping times). This also does not include Saturday and Sunday or any Holidays as production days.

If you have a special event that you need your order quickly for, please feel free to reach out and I will do my very best to help you out in any way possible but please keep in mind to check the current turnaround times before placing your order.

If you upgrade your shipping at checkout to Express rather than Expedited, that does not decrease production time. Production time remains the same as listed on the home page, regardless of chosen shipping speed. Upgrading your shipping just means your parcel will move a little faster once Canada Post has received it.

CANADA POST is used to ship all orders. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has left my hands. Sassy Bitch Designs is NOT responsible for delays in deliveries. Please keep in mind there is absolutely nothing I can do to get your package to you faster after it has been dropped off at the post office. Please use the tracking number provided to you in the email before reaching out. The information provided with your tracking number is the same information that I have.

CANADA:
Expedited - 2 to 7 business days with tracking. Express - 1 to 3 business days with tracking.

Delays with Postal Service
Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. I am not responsible if a package is shipped back due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as you place your order. I will do me best to make the change; however, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do so.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact Canada Post before contacting me. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact me after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact Canada Post directly to investigate this issue. Sassy Bitch Designs cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
